What is the minimum age to enter database?

To enter the venue you must be 18 and over. It’s absolutely crucial you bring your ID with you. No ID, no entry. We only accept a valid passport, national ID cards or driving license.

I can’t find the email with my ticket. What should I do?

What do I do when advanced tickets are sold out?

We sell 50% of our tickets in advance. In the event of our advanced tickets being sold out, plenty of tickets will be available at the club door. We strongly advise to arrive early to avoid queues and waiting times.

I have an advance ticket, when should I arrive?

Advance tickets: These are valid all night and give priority entry until 1 am. If you arrive after 1 am you will be asked to queue with non-ticket holders.

Entry before midnight tickets: Give a price discount for arriving before midnight. If you arrive after midnight you will be asked to pay the price difference for top-tier advance tickets.

I’ve lost something in the club; do you have "lost & found"?

If you lose something at database, you can call the office to check if your item is on the found property list. If your item is on the list or you left something in the wardrobe and still have the ticket you can collect at the following times;

What should I do if I feel unwell while visiting database?

Let a member of staff know immediately, they will not judge you and are all trained to offer advice and if necessary will refer you to a medic team. You will not face a ban if you report to us as unwell, your health and safety is paramount.

Someone is making me feel uncomfortable. Who should I speak to?

We have a zero tolerance policy to any form of harassment to all our customers. If someone is making you feel uncomfortable then please notify a member of staff, they are all trained to help you.

Your health and safety is our priority. Come and see us if you need help.

Let our team know if you feel unwell
If you start to feel unwell, let any member of our team know right away or head to the welfare room which is at the rear of the club. We will not judge you if you come and see us for this reason.

Look after each other
Keep an eye out for your friends and fellow clubbers. If they start to appear unwell or uncomfortable, then check if they’re ok and let our staff know if you’re worried about them. We all want a safe and friendly space where we help each other.

Arrange a meeting point with your friends
We’re pretty notorious for having patchy phone signal inside the venue so it’s a good idea to pre-arrange a meeting spot for your mates if you get separated. The best place for this is by the smoking area.
